Dunkley Music Rental Program Details

What is the Rental Program?

We offer a month-to-month rental program with payments applying to the purchase of an instrument. You have the option to return, or exchange your instrument at any time. Dunkley Music features a complete selection of name brand band and orchestral instruments. We also are home to both a large print music department stocked with teacher-recommended music method books along with recreational music, and a music accessories department stocked with everything you need to maintain and care for your instrument.

How to Rent an Instrument

Renting an instrument from Dunkley Music is easy!

Select your "Location", your "School", and your "Teacher" click here to begin your rental. You then are given the choices of instruments that we rent based upon the desires of your specific teacher. Once you click "select" you will be taken to the contract page, with required and optional accessories and books. Once submitted we will process your rental request and either deliver the instrument (with selected accessories and/or book(s)) to your child’s school within 72 hours, or we will have it ready to pick up at our store. You can also stop in any time we are open or contact us with questions.

Our instrument rental program serves students attending schools in Southwest and South Central Idaho, Northern Nevada, and Eastern Oregon. If you do not see your school listed, please contact us to see if we are able to offer rentals in your area.

Repair

From time to time your instrument may need some adjustments. We offer a professional full service repair facility.

VIP Repair & Replacement Coverage

For your peace of mind we include "VIP" coverage for instruments rented online, this coverage is included in your monthly payment. This covers all repairs, loss and damage due to theft, fire, and vandalism. Loss of instrument due to theft, fire or vandalism will be replaced only after we receive a copy of a filed police report.

Billing Options

For your convenience, we require all online rental accounts to be setup with automatic recurring credit card or debit card billing.
