Geoffrey Trabichoff

Best known to Idaho audiences as Boise Philharmonic Concertmaster, Langroise Trio Violinist and Violin Professor at The College of Idaho, Geoffrey Trabichoff is now exclusively concentrating on his two teaching studios in Boise and Meridian.

A graduate of the Guildhall of Music, London, Geoffrey studied with the renowned Russian pedagogue Sascha Lasserson. His career has taken him all over the world. He has been Concertmaster of the BBC Scottish Symphony, the Hannover State and Mannheim Chamber Orchestras, the Gulbenkian Orchestra and Guest Concertmaster with the London Symphony, Royal Philharmonic and BBC Welsh Symphony Orchestras. He is featured on countless recordings.

Geoffrey has worked with such eminent conductors as Daniel Barenboim, Andre Previn, Sir Alexander Gibson, Sir Charles Groves, Sir Simon Rattle, Lord Yehudi Menuhin, Jerzy Maksymiuk, Avi Ostrowsky and Rafael Fruhbek de Burgos, among others.
